I.put a wanted add up for turbo, injectors, ecu etc etc

N he said iv got all that stuff, so we got chatting s**t n decided to just buy thwhole car, I knew it had jumped a few teeth on the chain but he offered the parts first so they mst be good......not

He said the headlights are in the car, he dint say that he removed them with a hammer for f**k sake. hes not very good at descriptions

Well I thought iv paid 375 for the car and delivery, delivery cost 150 apperntly

So cant ask for 150 back because the cars been delivered as it should be.

So that leaves 225, now there are some useable parts on it but not as much as I would have been lead to believe.

So I thought I will let the headlights slide and both front wings which are dinted and bent slide as long as all the parts I need for the milo killer are fine then im ok.

But when I saw the turbo I just saw red. But kept my cool n started a dispute for 150 which is what a turbo would cost roughly.

How much did you pay, does he actually state on the receipt ( if you have one) delivery was 150.. If it just says " car blah blah and delivered, £375" then his loss.

Well there isnt a receipt, he sent me his paypal address and I sent him the payment(I didnt do it as a gift dont worry)

He got the arse on about paying the 12ish quid paypal fees, I should have just cancelled it all then.

He said 250 for the car then he found someone to deliver it to me for 150(I couldnt get it any cheaper so....)

Then he had the front calipers off it so I said 225 for the car.

Im not a b*****d and I know 150 delivery is quite good and it was delivered without fault(ish)

So I can t really ask for that back and the cars not all bad, there is the odd useable part so I thought 150 for a turbo wasnt unreasable.

not sure that it classes as a receipt but its there.

I wouldn't close the case not matter what Dave Gilbert just like buying on ebay...if it is not as described then you should be able to claim a partial refund from him and rightly so going off what you have said... if you do close it then you'll not hear back from him again!

mate that's not on do not what ever you do close that dispute imo he's taking the p**s..
you've been fair mate if that was me I would hammer him for the whole lot and tell him the cars on the side of the road if he wants it back! If it's a tdo4 turbo look for mitsubishis they use them turbos on loads of models ill ask my dad he works on them everyday ill ask him if he can get one on the sly maybe second hand obviously

Everyone has said the same thing that hes in the wrong and tried to screw me, the way he was talking to me before the issues was spot on, havin a laugh n talking s**t about vectra Bs n that but since I "got childish" starting a dispute hes gone all sly.

I will come out of this ok, or he will be getting alot of pizzas and Chinese take aways delivered that he didnt order hahaha.......oh and a box of s**t delivered(I will s**t in a box n post it hahhaa)

Hopefully you can claim some money back with parts that are good. Maybe join a couple of fb groups and see if people need anything there's loads of people doing it and seem to sell stuff
