For 400 the water way is strong enough. It's about 450 u need to start wedging the water way. But tbh I will only ever see full power for like 10 seconds then back off coz fuel gauge dropping to much lol
Are you going to need to do anything with the gearbox when running 400bhp?

It's a little bit different Matt but it's still easy to use in traffic and around towns. This can just handle everything I throw at it!

you sure its 450bhp before the cylinder breaks thru ???
seen a few less than 380 with broken water jackets there was one just posted on FB
he said spark plug failure but the mass's say no bad mapping lol this pic was every other post on z20let lovers page they all seem to go for the early xe block with the pre wedged water ways
Z20let, forged pistons, leh rods, vxr turbo an custom map, around 360 Bhp. Spark plug failure did this

I'd not be surprised if that was running Iridium plugs, which have been known to drop the tips, as they don't come with the correct gap....and people adjust them.....weakening the material in the tip causing it to drop off.

Haha most true there daz

I got it all fitted back in today but had a slight crack in the oil cooler (must have caught it) but it started ok!!
