Just made it to bristol street before the parts dept shut at 12.30

Inlet manifold gasket
exhaust manifold gasket
nuts for the exhaust manifold
gasket between turbo n cat n the nuts for the turbo to the cat. £21.43

So not much more now.

clean the sump out properly
. Get some sump sealant
2 pipes n fittings for the turbo
Remove inlet manifold, throttle body and wiring loom
find £300 for remap.

I think thats about it.

Dave give me the part number for the z20net inlet manifold gasket need get 2 for my charger

Just cleaned my intercooler pipes, was very tempted to put them in the dishwasher but bottled it at the last second. Hahaha20150124_205643.jpg

iv seperated the rad pack aswell, im only using the intercooler off the donor car.

i think that will go in the dish washer tomorow.

any Ideas how to clean the intercooler out? Theres some oil in it, should.I just swill it out with some petrol?

Sumps out of the dishwasher, but now its drying its like its getting furry like its corroding. Im sure it will be fine with oil in it.

n all refitted but im gonna rinse it through with some petrol to get rid of last cleaning products or contaminates

Dishwashers are great too clean stuff.

... but is recommanded to start them up late at night when carparts are in lol. Beter apologize then ask permition.

What diameter is that lower flex hose/boost pipe?

I left my partner in bed and said I was doing the dishwasher for her hahaha.

the rubber pipe right at the bottom? N yeh standard NET pipes.

The bottom rubber pipe hole not connected to anything is 55mm internally across. That fits directly on to the net intercooler.

that should make my oil return pipe, ^^^^^^^^
but theres 2 banjo bolts on my new turbo that dont match the old turbo, there bigger or a causer thread so i need to get them matched up.

Why would you bring the 10AN back to 6 AN?

Get a M12x1.5 drilled/tapped hole in the bottom, get a M12x1.5 to 10AN fitting and run a 10AN hose. That's what I'm doing.

Its just what I found. I will look into it. I take it an10 is about 10mm. If so it would make sence to be 10mm because the standard pipe is about 10mm

Been looking for all the same fittings but AN10 but not having much luck on ebay.

My tap n die set came this morning so just need the pipe components n £300

Getting closer to the £300 with parts selling quite well on the donor car, sold the gearbox today for £50 which is abit of a bargain but I couldnt test it.
