some little drugged up kid in his trash can on wheels [tiny hyundai] decided to drive into the back of my car as i was pulling into my girlfriends drive yesterday
i heard him skidding from behind then bang walloped my rear bumper above the exhaust

he bent and lifted up the bumper slightly and I told him to pay me £150 otherwise it is an insurance claim

anyway ring up insurance company brokered by chris knott to find out that I have to pay £250 quid [same as my policy premium for the year] to make a claim and to have the car put in for repair

why the F**K would I want to pay my premium again when i have 9 years no claims with no accidents since owning my own car

then it takes months for this to sort out concerning liability and payment whilst i am £250 quid out of pocket

how the hell does this insurance work FGS when it is costing me more money to claim than actually repair the car as there is less than 250 quids worth of damage

and I will be making a call to this lot tomorrow and if I dont get what i want I be asking for my money back !
