i would check your mapping going through pistons like this. Though most of the b207 engines in vx220's have been forged when running over 300bhp. I think the here are a few with std bottom ends running 330bhp without issue.

Check mapping you say thats all i have done lol..... Are any of the vx220's running harrop on a standard engine oh and im way past 330hp its got a 4 at the start lol
But i do know the standard pistons dont like spark cut
There forged because the standard piston dont like much over 330hp
This engine was fitted to prove some people who say and keep saying the stock b207 can handle 450hp it cant as a complete unit it needs to be uprated to survive
looks like i have all the time in the world to get this done now i got made redundant as of 30th november
we all hung our boots on the gates as we left lol had lots of media coverage
nothing good ever comes from an american buy out...
