You also wont need to replace the servo one way valve will you?

You should be able to just extend the rigid plastic servo pipe to the new 2.4 inlet manifold position with a short section of servo hose :)

Neil i take it the EGR pipe won't connect to the 2.4 manifold, still not removed my EGR valve yet despite having my EGR cheater sat on my desk for ages

it can, but you need to destroy the cover to remove the suppressor

I thought it best for people to keep hold of it just incase the alternator needs exchanging at some point in the future for a new alternator dunno..

Having a bit of difficulty getting the bit of brake servo hose needed, all the scrapyards I speak to wont let you rummage anymore and aren't prepared to look them selves unless you give them a model and year so..........does anyone know a model that will have a bit of 10.5mm servo hose under the bonnet or even a partnumber ?

TIA

The scrappy I went to had a 1995 corsa which had the correct servo pipe (which is 12.5mm, Vauxhall only specify 8mm and 12.5mm for this application) and plenty of it too. If you dont want a nipple for the vacuum take off for the fuel then you should be able to pilfer the one way valve too
