I expect it to arrive in a couple of weeks, that's the norm for all the stuff I've imported from the usa :)

I wonder if they are supplied with the gasket (or o-ring ?) on the TB side, i could not find the ref for it on the site... (about to order too) :D

no gaskets, but I guessed that

the standard gaskets will fit :)

the important bit first, the part number :)

don't forget to order the gasket set :)

the overall size is actually smaller the the z22se inlet

bolt holes to head are the same as the z22se inlet :D

my 2.0 sc tb will need modifying/adaptor to fit because the plug hits the inlet manifold

I bet if they can get it the price is higher than £185

(manifold £75, shipping £75, customs £35)

just in case you wondered  the manifold does weigh less than the 2.2 version :)

I've started to tweak the manifold, removed the excess brackets and will port the inlet and outlets over the weekend - every little helps

Interesting :)

Vocky - I noticed you'd posted on a couple of the US forums re: fitting this. I'm defo interested in to whether it chucks up an EML as they seem to think when used with the 2.4 TB.

Looks a much nicer bit of kit than the OE one too, or the Dilbert effort for that matter.

hurry up and get it fitted ;)

some more info :)

the 58mm standard z22se tb bolts straight on :D

the usa guys use the standard tb, probably due to the 2.4 tb being too big for a standard engine dunno..

if you don't have cams, head work, etc you don't need the 2.4 tb cheers..

the inlet runners are massive compared to the 2.2 inlet

so much better designed, no wonder the usa guys love it :D

they have canbus and a later spec ecu on their saturns, so I'm not surprised they get eml's with the 2.4 tb :(

your astra engine spec will love this manifold, don't you wish we could of bought this years ago

I'm currently making an adaptor so the sc tb clears the inlet, it would be better to have the 2.4 tb really
