egr valve location

Hey, my 2.2 vectra b sri is running like a bag of s**t and after reading some of the threads on here have decided to try and clean my egr valve before putting it into a garage. but being a complete novice at this kind of thing i dont have a clue where it is.
any advice i can be offered would help greatly.

looking at top of engine at right side behind power steering pump held on with 2 bolts and has a multi plug

thanks for that, but my engine looks a little different, similar to this.
I've read that it should be to the right of the exhaust cover shield, just in front of the ignition leads.
Is it possible that I don't have one (Australian model)??

Thats not a z22se engine

that looks like a z18xe engine to me.

That's a c22sel motor. AFAIK it's an Australian motor. It's closer linked to the x20xev engine.
