Replace Door Pins

Parts needed
Small screwdriver
New door pins
Small Alan key

Time taken
Took around 30 minutes that was with taking pic’s at the same time.

Step 1
First you need to price up the plastic surround, to do this put a small headed
screwdriver under the plastic and price it up

Step 2
Price a small screwdriver behind the red plastic on the original door pin it
should pop off and allow you to pull the door pin off leaving you with a threaded
pin to fit the new pin onto.

Step3
Next you need to fit the plastic surround back to the door.

Step 4
The final thing is to fit your new pin, place the new pin on the treaded bar and
push it down as far as it will go then just tighten up the Allen key nut in the side
of the pin.

Step 5
That’s it job done stand back and admire your nice new pins.
