Ok so got both chains on in the right place I hope

Had a problem with the balance chain tensioning guide bolt the new one sheared when trying to get to 10nm got it out but tightend the others to 6nm only has didn't won't to have more problems will that be enough? Also my torque wrench only goes up to 80 will that be enough for the cams and if not any ideas on how many more turns over I would need to do?
The tensioner on the balance chain doesn't seem to be overly tight either I assume that will improve when it has oil pressure. With the main tensioner I can just activate it with a lever bar from the top can't i?
