I can't wait to get my opcom tomorrow. I assume it allows me to read sensor inputs. I damaged the wiring to the iat during the swap. Want to make sure its playing ball along with o2 sensors

Well that's my supposition based on what Dave Gilbert said, if it is something to do with suppressing radio interference.

I had a damaged IAT wire and it caused havoc with running, this could well be your issue then.

I have replaced the wires and crimped onto the terminals but it never hurts to be able to check properly.

I will dig under the bonnet tomorrow and see if i can find the rest of that suppressor wire. Cant hurt to get it crimped back together.

STuck trying to get this opcom to work on windows 8. It came with a chinese clone on the disc which is the only one that will interact with the interface. All the others whine about drivers. God i wish i had an old laptop lurking about

Allways the same with 8. Im sure Matt put something up about op-com it might get you on.

According to evocarlos you have to disable driver signing in order to install the drivers. When I had mine installed (Win 8.1) I got a guy from the Astra Owners forum who flashed my opcom and made it work regardless of operating system.
