Motor cutting

Hello to all here, first, excuse me for my bad English, i'm French LOL!
I got an Vectra B Caravan Sport Zender, with the Z22SE motor, 146000kms and i got a ig big problem:
When i accelerate full gaz, for exemple in the second gear, at 5000rpm the motor cut, an re goes, and re cut!!!!
If i no accelerate full gaz, i can go to 6500 rpm, but in full gaz, impossible!!!
The car smoke grey with bad odor (not egg)...
But she start perfect, and have there 4 cylinders....
When she not drive, in stop condition, if i done gaz gaz gaz, when the rpm shut to the idle, she do like a rallye car....
I change the 4 spark plugs last week, the oïl and filters, the air filters, and tomorrow the fuel filter

The ignition coil looks ok, but the spark plug are a little black...
I remove and cleaned this (i don't know how it say in English)

Always the problem...
This morning, i does a record with the OP Com, i compare the results with my Astra G Z16XE and i see for the Z22SE "tank sensor 0V" and 2 Liter!
The Astra record:

The Vectra record:

The dash board say me i got 11 liters in the Vectra, but 2 liter and zero V on the record engine!
For the Astra, 15 liter, for 16 liter in the record engine, so it's correct
I shunt the 2 wire of the tank (Brown/white with black/blue) and no difference, only the Dashboard goes to 0 liter when i does it....
The EGR valve is OK, not black....

What can be the problem??????
The lambda?
The regulator pressure of fuel???
I don't understand...
No check light on Dashboard, and no error code on OP COM...

Help me please!!

It could be a faulty Egr valve, in which case you would fit the egr cheater and a blanking plate where the egr valve would go

Or possibly the coil pack is faulty you need to remove that and check each individual coil for a spark , although i dont think this would cause it to cut out on you maybe just rough idle and poor acceleration

Also you could check round about the hoses for air leaks this could be another possibility

This is called the throttle body, it is good that you gave this a clean as this could maybe help with your problems have you noticed any improvements since cleaning this ?

Also you say there is grey smoke i think this is a sign you have problems with the piston rings or valve stem seals, so there could be some work needing done internally to solve this problem

Hi IDI AMIN, thanks for your answer, i was remove the EGR and she looks ok, not black, only a little grey...
The grey smoke want to say bad combustion for me because the color of the spark plug...
If i don't accelerate 100% she drive very goo, start very good, all is ok!
i idle, I hear a pshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh in the rignt of the motor

I thinked it was the pump of Wheel steering??

For resume:
Starting super fine
Driving normaly super fine (not 100% gaz accelerator)
If i do gaz Accelerator 100% in stopped condition, the needle goes to 6700rpm without problem
If i do gaz 100% Accelerator when i drive, the motor cut in 5000rmp for 2 seconds, and regoes, and recut!!!
In the idle, i hear on exhaust little failures

I don't think of an lambda because no engine check light, ans no problem with catalist ou precat...
Pressure regulator fuel? :(

You want to start there and identify where the sound is coming from
This could be the source of your problems

I dont think it is power steering related because the power steering pump is higher up on the right hand side

The sound coming at the same emplacement of the power steering pump, i don't know if the regulator pressure of petrol is it?
It can be the raison of my problem?
