CCS are currently re-trimming my Recaro's and new rear seat!!!
So here are a few shots of the work in progress!
This is the Nappa leather which was ordered for the job.
Several Black and Scarlett Red cows gave up their lives so my interior looks the part!
Seat strip down starts
As I didn't want to re-trim my original rear seat, as it was too good to strip, I obtained a cloth rear seat for £50!
Headrests being worked on.
Instead of having the 'RECARO' re-embosted on the new leather, I decided to add that extra little detail to the seats, and have it done in red stitiching.
Here is the rear seat back finished and ready for fitment. You will notice that CCS have re-created the Recaro styling of the rear seats, just like Vauxhall did in the Astra GSi, and more importantly, they did this on the OPC convertible prototype.
So all coming along well! Steve is picking the Astra up on Thursday and getting it all finished in time for Billing on Friday!
