It's never too late, LOL. Because I have been roped into the Autosport show I am running the offer into next week also to allow for the delays 
Thank you for all the extra orders, it seems I have to call a lot of people on Monday and order up some more flanges from my supplier
Right, now I have some good, and some bad news. The bad news is the project has been delayed by a couple of days due to staff being ill and this show. So the manifolds will be a couple of days later in being shipped. The good news is that Nick and Darren have been kind enough to let us borrow their cars for a couple more days so we can finish the development and get the rolling road testing done. More good news is with the extra days we are going to be developing a 2.5" downpipe/sports cat for both the VX220 and Astra :-D
Now, what would you all like me to test on the rolling road??? I will only have enough time to fit one system to the car and test it. So would you like:
1) Manifold and Standard downpipe/cat
Or
2) Manifold and 2.5" downpipe/Cat
??????
Just let me know and I will test it :-D

Any Idea of prices for the down pipe and CAT for the Astra.
Also have you had any EML lights / issues with your 200 CPI cats?
As for the RR testing i can not comment as i have not purchased a manifold off you. I supose it is down to the users that have purchased.

We will be keeping the price at £250.00 + vat for the Astra for this offer, I will probably hold the price for a couple of weeks to help someof you save
We do have occasional problems with the Mill light but that's just par for the course with running a sports cat Most of the time it's okay but I am aware of the issue.

have to agree with Alanoo, the bhp gains from just the 4-1 manifold are a strong selling point, so dyno just the manifold
but it would be in your interest to also show what the downpipe adds with the standard (crappy) manifold and your superb 4-1 manifold.
that will sell more and so is a worthwhile expense

Test has been done with just the manifold fitted. Sadly we just did not have the time to mix and match parts and get the tests done. I know it would be good but sadly im just limited on time

We cant just do the u-bend as it needs to be matched to the silencer (position wise) as the lines will change due to the bend radius.Matte said:

Right, thats got all those questions answered, now onto the good stuff
First the rolling road testing is now done. Here are the figures:
Before = 145.8bhp @ 6330 / 146.2 lbft @ 4825 - Standard car + VSE backbox
After = 150.1bhp @ 6381 / 147.1 lbft @ 5042 - Stanard car + Piper Manifold + VSE backbox
Now here are some pictures of the new 2.5" downpipe we have made for those that are running superchargers

We are now working on making a 2.5" downpipe/sports cat and system for the Astra for those that want one to go with their lovely manifold.
