Missed your update, really cracking photos :) do you not fancy going down the SC route with this one?

I probably will one day. I'm never getting rid of this car.
I'll probably give it a few years as I'm saving towards a house at the moment.
by the time i'm ready hopefully someone over there will be selling a full car and i'll just import that and do an engine swap. will be the cheapest and easiest way to do it over here as we don't have anyone here that can tune the ecu.

not much to update on.
relocating car to melbourne in 2 weeks. before it goes I am doing all cooling hoses and waterpump. no issues with current ones but just due to age I'm replacing with new oem hoses.

Front rotors were a bit warped. they have done pretty well considering how much they've been used and all the track time they have seen. They have only worn down 1mm since new so will get a skim to level again and go on the shelf till I need them. In the mean time put some ebc ones on. Also while the wheels were off I cleaned the hubs of all the corrosion, gave them a lick of paint and a nice helping of anti seize.
Front wheels also got washed, clayed and waxed inside and out while they were off.

Started installed rear Astra VXR brakes today. Had a brand new setup sitting for a while waiting to go in. Just waiting for paint to dry over night

didn't bother with waterpump as it wasn't leaking. Have a new one in the boot should it decide to fail on me.

new coolant tank in
all new cooling hoses.
refitted engine and battery cover.

Did another 2k km over the last couple of days driving to Melbourne. May lift the car at least 10mm all around as she's a bit low for Melbourne roads.

Here is how she will sit for the next few months.
