Uuuuuuuuuuuupdate!!!
So, it took some time since my last post. As all of you remember - my car was left at the painter.
As i visited painter practically every 2 days, i saw how car is getting prepared for the painting and how it changed.
Dažytojui pastoviai vėžiojau visokias smulkmenas - varžteliai, laikikliai, dangteliai ir t.t.
I delivered to the painter various clips, screws, covers and etc.
Also delivered shark eyes to the painter. Chrome inside the headlights was painted with satin black color, corner cover was tinted with film and finally all headlights was tinted with film.
Overall headlights look:
As we with Kyen waited for our cars, we decided to wax our wheels, but that waxing finally became 60 screws unscrewing and polishing them.
Effect is seen very well, shines very nice now
Also polished Irmscher exhaust.
Called to the painter and he said that the car is finished, so went to pick my baby up
First thing was to put on OPC grill and then a quick snap:
Then started a puzzle - rear windows spoiler, putted on flipper, wheels, bonnet extension, cupra r spliteris, which is awsome thing to finish off OPC bumper. Also dropped car more, added some 1cm spacers to the rear, and now it rubs on the back and on the front, but if your car doesnt rub, then its not dropped
Tried to drive on the parking lot roof - everything went well so it is pretty driveable
Received plastidip, so sprayed OPC grill logo with it
Wheel allignment was done and then decided to make removable plate number so this thing in the hands and to the work:
Result:
Also i didnt like the original OPC logo with yellow accent, so ordered a custom one with a blue strip
New vs old:
Finally the car height is something like this:
Washed the car and went to the car meet
Few higher quality photos:
Daaat rear lip... well i dont like it, so i have new plans, but later because im out of money now, haha
Final thing to do is to weld exhaust, because im sick of driving without it.
