It is evocarlos, a guy I work with had to go through it with his Tiger Avon kit car. The book for it that tells you all the things they test etc. is about an inch or so thick. He had to make sure that everything was compliant before he went for it as it's not cheap either. Mind you, that's where the fun starts once your through it, if he takes it for an MOT somewhere different he ends up having an argument with them about the emissions. As his is a "Q" plate it's exhaust smoke only but he's had testers insist it should have a cat etc. (1.8 fiesta engine in it putting out about 400bhp per ton running twin webber 40's). They can't do a brake test on the rollers as it has a limited slip differential now so they have to do a deceleration test the old fashioned way (which some testers don't have a clue how to do or have even heard of).
