I had a search on dealtime.co.uk for a samsung 32" lcd for my dad yesterday. You can get a Samsung one inc delivery for about £600. I have a samsung and it is great. I am told that samsung make most of the lcd screens for other manufacturers too. Don't know how other people rate smsung ??

Bang & Olufsen in Bristol were holding an open day shortly to explain about LCD HD ready TV's. The minimum size to view a HD ready TV is 32". Anything smaller and you can't get a true picture in HD. A lot of people seem to be getting confused between HD and Digital. Apparently, people are assuming that HD TV's are required to view digital when the change over goes through.

£59.99 in Argos, perfect bit o kit. Does my samsung tv, sony suround and dvd and sony skybox. Takes a while to learn all the commands but once you get it working you can bin all the other remotes no problem.
