hi guys, looking for a bit of help. My veccy b wipers pause, on intermittent, at the top for about 3-4 seconds and then return to parked. On faster settings they work fine. Would this be a relay problem or motor on its way out. any input appreciated

Can anyone recommend a good place to get carbon sticky sheet for doing the centre console. I bought a sheet from ebay and did the ashtray and cig lighter. It looks sweet but the stuff i got was a bit too thick and the ashtray doesn't open a close freely. Same with the cupholders, they get stuck...
