Hi there,
My car is a 2002 Astra G with auto transmission.
On cold starts my z22se starts perfectly and drives great, but when I turn it off for a couple of minutes it won't start: the dash lights work as usual and when turning the key to the "start" position there is no starter noise or any other change.
After about 1 hour of waiting it suddenly starts as usual.
I've connected my OP-COM and the immobiliser confirms the key, so I don't think it's it. In addition there aren't any fault codes, and the transmission knows it's in 'P' gear. Same problem goes for 'N' gear.
I've recently got my starter fixed so I guess it isn't the problem neither.
I'm currently thinking about the crankshaft sensor, but again no faults are recorded..
Any ideas?
Thanks,
