missing when driving

hi everyone i need help. when driving at 30 the car is juddering soon as accelerate it stops but as soon as let off and stick at a set speed it starts to judder again. i have also found oil at front of the inlet manifold and going round the side, on the battery, and on the bonnet. have i got a big problem some where? is my manifold cracked?

could be the throttle body needs cleaning, they do get gunged up with oil

otherwise it could be the plugs or coil pack dunno..
