Gearbox Choices

Ok, so Vauxhall being Vauxhall they tend to like gearboxes fitting anything so I thought I'd ask. What gearboxes fit the z22se? I know about the F23 does but what else? The legend that is the F20 fit?

due to the starter motor position only the z22se F23 + z22yh M32 + z20net F40 fit the z22se engine dunno..

I don't really want to ask this but...

Since I will be putting out somewhere near 380 bhp and about 290 Torque when I get it all running the way I want, will the gearbox hold and is the M32 or F40 any stronger.

Are the numbers on the boxes not representitive of the amount of torque that they can handle?

i.e F23 230lbs torque, F25 250lbs torque, F28 280lbs torque and so on or is this just pub talk??
