Yep, that's exactly what I said to them. I "politely" asked them how it was my problem that they couldn't do the work, and explained the next time I see the car is when it's fixed and ready for me to collect. What they need to do until that point is not my problem.Make sure you rag the bollocks out of the courtesy car they provide!
Saying that, you paid for the warranty so you shouldn't have to do anything apart from deliver the car to them. They have to do the arranging with Fiat and just let you know whats going on.
