as per title comp stage one cams for sale.at the moment they are still in the car but will be comeing out in the next few weeks.reason for sale is to raise some cash as gonna buy new car.these will fit an astra or vectra with the z22se engine im looking for £250 posted (uk)would like payment by cheque if possible if interested please send me a pm thanks

Do these come with the Hex drive in the end of the inlet cam for the Vectra B powersteering pump?

His was a Vec C and the power steering is electric on the C, but i'm not saying they dont have the hex in the end.

Spoke to Vid today and he can confirm they had the Hex drive. HTH

thanks rushy i wasnt 100%sure as i couldnt remember .mike s the idle isnt that bad a bit lumpy but not annoying.just need to keep revs up when pulling away in traffic but you get used to that.i quess thats just how uprated cams are from what ive read.all in all not a bad mod cheers..

hi would i need anything else to make these work ie new valves, a remap or anything else or could i just fit them and get results as a straight swap

your valves will be fine, no need for a remap at first, doing it later could optimise power!
putting in new hydraulic lifters would limit potential tappet noise

they would just be a straight swap .i havnt had any noise since fitting them.as for a remap have one done once you finishing modding then it would tie in all the mods you have.i had them in car for a year before my remap and was useing car every day.as i said before you just have to keep revs up a bit in traffic when pulling away but you get used to that.all in all a good mod cheers..
