any advice on fitting a new head on zafira?

Hi there. A while ago I had my chain tensioner break. At first I didn't think there waa any valve damage so I replaced the timing chain and balance chain and put everything back together. Turns out there are a couple of bent valves. I've sourced another head and got a new head gasket set so I'm ready to go. I know how to remove the chain and set the timing up so the rest is fairly easy right? I've done a head gasket on a couple of fords before but never a zafira. Is there any advice anyone can offer to make the job easier? Gonna start stripping it in the week. Many thanks

Fairly straight forward but dont forget to get new head bolts including the 4 torx ones on the chain side ( 2 outside & 2 inside the head ).

You should also get the replacement head skimmed as you do not know the history of it and also use thread locker on the the chain rail bolts and maybe have a spare woodruff key handy
