Stage 2 Supercharger Cam Problem

Hello together,

Short overview Engine Build in my Astra Coupe
- complete new Engine Build B207
- 2.2 Crankshaft
- Eagle Rods/Wiseco Pistons
- Ported Head with ZZP Stage 2 Blower Cams and Dbilas Valve Springs
- m62 Ported Supercharger
- Dutch Software

Engine is now at 15.000 km

Now to my Problem

Last year, during my inspection, I removed the valve cover.
That's when I noticed that one of the cam lobes on the exhaust camshaft showed significant wear.
I can't tell if it's a material defect in the camshaft or if something else is wrong with the valve train.
I took a picture of it.
Has anyone else experienced a similar problem?

If it was a cam problem, you'd think all would wear. Has there ever been any ticking ? Hydraulic lifter not pumped up ok ? Is the roller on the follower rolling ok etc ?
Who's camshaft ? regrind or a new blank ? edit...see ZZP. I'd think they are new blanks from Comp.

What led to the discovery ?
