Re: 180 so far
It works
Had the fun  drive back from MK which didn't really give too much away apart from the fact that it now sounds more throaty. General running seems fine, the idle seems stable and cold start up was fine, hot starting wasn't perfect but nothing to really worry about (very warm out aswell)
It pulls well in all gears even cruising in fifth it pulls well from low revs. I've had a short play this evening and it is now significantly quicker than it was before. Once the revs rise it pulls more and more, passing 4k it really takes off and continues all the way to the limiter. I've attached the RR print out below hopefully, the only thing that I'm not sure about is if it is a touch rich from 2.8k to 4.2k but otherwise it all seems well. The one thing I don't have is the torque values but there doesn't feel like there are any holes or noticeable dips in it.

TMS seems to have done the job with the mapping, it did take five weeks though(initially supposed to be one day) and finding out what was happening during this time was tricky to say the least. I couldn't hand on heart recommend them though, I'm not convinced they know what they are doing. It seems that superchips send them random maps which are then put on the car and from there they move to the next map. The method was even described as 'battleships, until you get a hit then you don't know where you are'. Lets just say that a chimp would probably beat them at that game  And also to be told that they are the only tuners to put the hours in where as courtenays just get a map from a bloke in germany did make me smile.
Also anything that caused them a problem was my fault, the second hand injectors that had covered 3000 miles were apparently so full of crap that they had to be removed and cleaned because they flowed at different rates. Tightening the exhaust that came loose was also an additional charge even though the constant RR use meant it was more likely to have been my fault than theirs. Missing undertrays and diffusers when we picked it up, and residue from tape all over it just added to the annoyance. I could go on but don't want to bore you all
I have a Tsudo/weaponR manifold sat in the garage waiting to be chopped up to fit but I don't think I'm going to bother with it as going through the whole mapping thing was a bit of a PITA and for the sake of 10bhp it really doesn't seem worth it.
