Fantastic work Neil, as you know due to other projects I'm working on, I have lost my test bed into the workshop at the moment 8)
Can you check on your car that the throttle is ok when you accerlerate up to 5500 rpm at very light throttle I think it was at around 80 millibar, this is where we got an error using the 2.0 litre SC body, however a small mechanical fix sorted this. The variable resistor box of tricks on the map sensor could also help if needed. I have this available, though fingers crossed it will not be needed.
With regard to a group buy on these, no problems once every on is happy 🙂
If any one wants another 2.4 throttle body to do some testing let me know as I have one that someone can use to speed the process up. Just let me know let me know
Edit: Throttle body gone to Muncher
Once again a big thank you to Neil for taking this on and sorting it cheers..
Jon
I know you are snowed under with sc conversions (stop doing them  ) so thought I would help out 🙂
I had no eml with moderate up to 6800rpm and hard accelleration up to 6800rpm, also flooring the throttle at 3000 was fine too 🙂
I spent so long making the 2.0 sc TB work that I understand what the throttle body is doing and what the ecu wants from the tb, thus I knew what should work and thankfully it did 🙂
both conversions (2.0 sc and 2.4) are easy to do, but took some development time to figure out
