we in germany had very bad experiences with this manifold. it will crack depending on your way to drive, because of the heat.
**dbilas take a bad alloy ( i hope it is the right word ) so that it will crack. because of the wrong material they increase the thickness and because of this the manifold is much heavyer than the standard. **
the flow is a little bit better than standard, good for 4-6 horse power.
So better buy one of the manifold from vockys group buy or from 2Bular (they will build one soon 🙂 )

Thanks Ufods, Ill keep my fingers crossed that mine dosent crack but ill certainly keep my eye on it. I know someone thats been runnig one for about 3 years and its still fine so we shall see.
Unfortunatly there appears to be very little alternatives at the minute, at least not one that returns a resonable return in bhp per £.
I dont see much movement in the 4-2-1 group buy and the other altrnative, this tubular place? are they making a manifold thats generic for the Astra, Vectra and vx220? because I got the impression it was going to be a vx220 only thing leaving the rest of us out.
If something better does arrive on the scene, then I am pretty sure I can sell the dbilas manifold on ebay here in the Uk for easily as much as ive paid for it as the only uk supplier wants double the money.
