Hello z22se enthousiast, I am just new here.
My name is Maik and I'm from the Netherlands (no jokes about drugs and prostitutes please  ) and I own a calypso red opel speedster. I follow the well appreciated tuning adventures of Vocky for a while now, as I am planning on doing similar crazy stuff to the engine of my speedster cheers.. . I have a question on the inlet system of Vocky's car:

inlet system
2.4 inlet manifold - port matched to head
68mm tb - ported, also turned tb 90 degrees to open with the flow
75mm intake system with k+n cone filter
fpr vacuum mod
egr system deleted and egr cheater fitted
....
So you have an intake system with 75mm inner diameter. I have plans on making an inlet system myself and I am in doubt if I should install a 70mm ID or 80mm ID system. The airbox I am planning on using is this one (70mm ID):

or this one (85mm ID):

Using the 70mm ID airbox and 70mm ID tubing would be easier (Samco hoses easily available in the correct diameters), going for the 85mm ID airbox would mean I would make an 80mm ID intake tube with a Samco 90 degrees reducing elbow to the TB, and some sort of connection from 80 to 85mm to the airbox.
My short question  :
What would be minimum required you think to obtain 200+ BHP?
