Dave_Gilbert Well productive day/night lady night. 14t fitted, remapped (low torque n lower boost) to save the clutch just for a few more days but the cars more drivable n doesnt slip as bad. got in at 2ish this morning n up for work all ready ffs.
Dave_Gilbert Yeh we rippwd dannys vectra vxr to pieces n swapped my turbo for dannys old 14t. N had a quick remap. Hopefully going up next week to move the trigger wheel inside, loose the balance shafts, lightened flywheel n clutch/gearbox. hopefully that will be it for a while. Got myself 2 sets of 302 brake calipers last night aswell. So i have a full set of z20net brakes now. N spare front calipers aswell. So once the engine/gearbox jobs are done its full brake upgrade.
Dave_Gilbert No keeping z22 crank. But fitting the net trigger wheel to it when i get round to it. N just bought that z20let flywheel so got to keep my crank lol.
evocarlos sorry that shold of said z22yh crank 🙂 good luck trying to get the ecu to not read the solid mass of cast iron for 325* under the net trigger wheel 🙂

Dave_Gilbert A yh is a direct swap for ase isnt? No mods needed? How much you wanting for it vocky? Will it need any work or is it food to just chuck in? Cheers
evocarlos just to rub it in I have a z22yh crank but you cant have it lol the yh crank will give you 2.2 and the right trigger wheel 🙂
Dave_Gilbert So i need a yh crank now hahaha, im not replacing shells or owt though, will be orate wont it? Iv spent to much as it is. Hope to get everyrhing together in the next week or so. Flywheel will be on its way tomorrow. So just the crank/trigger wheel n balance delete to think about now. N then the engine is done. Cant go any further without internals so thats as far as it goes. Suspension n brakes next. 🙂)
