From what I have found how the US guys do it:

Take off from thermostat to one side of the turbo, then the other side to the waterpump.

I think thats how I will do it.

Is the banjo bolt on the back of the engine on the z22se? Its just under or next to the thermostat housing on the NET. I hope it is there.

im gonna look for my aluminium fittings, I think I want m12 banjo bolts to go into something like this on the sump and the thermostat housing. is this a good idea, 1 water and 1 oil.?

then come off the bottom of the water pump and the back of the block (if its there)

looks like you are making progress with the z22se/turbo build.
try here for genuine gm parts, gaskets ect. I got some exhaust/inlet gaskets from them, genuine gm parts at fraction of cost of Vauxhall prices 🙂

Cheers @[deleted] dave, I will have a propper look at that.

I only need a few gaskets and then some custom water n oil.pipes n the sump n thermostat modifying then a remap.
and a intercooler pipe(had to send 1 back)

Just thought the turbo to cat gasket will be different to a net wont it?

Manifold gasket, genuine saab is cheap.

but the turbos bigger on a b207r so is the gasket the same ?
