im.gonna get all the pipes on and mock it up. I need a few banjo bolts so I might take the turbo n pipes to a local bolt place.
Get some pics so i can help you out. If things are OK, there should be 4 holes in the CHRA of the Turbo ("middle" part between the two snailshells)

2 for oil inlet and outlet and 2 for water inlet and outlet.
Normaly the oil feed is the top one and the oil return is the bottom one (gravity drains the oil back into the sump). The both holes on the sides are for water. Inlet and outlet are not that important for water since it's for cooling, so as long there is flow it's ok. Oil needs a direction.
Note! This is for the "normal" garrett turbo's, but should work for other turbo's as well. basics are the same (except for non-watercooled turbo's).
