Bought additional items for build this evening as missus out on the drink with the girls and I've got the bank card 😃. Just want the injectors ordered but want brand new ones so i know i got no issues on install.

Iv just found some standard astra gsi let injectors but there not new for like 30quid. There cheaper than I thought they would be.

I wonder if I could fit them.on the turbo build.....

z20let injectors can be had for about £20 if you look hard enough

zlet and vxr use different injectors, black in zlet blue in vxr. price has gone up a bit I paid £117 for my new set, last set cost £90. as already said the zlet ones max out around 280 bhp at 4 bar fuel pressure.

Evening all......

Spoke to CS today I should get my idle bracket week come Monday🙂.

Got a question about the gaskets tho....I've read couple threads on here but got me puzzled slightly lol.

Do I buy 1 CS thermal gasket and 2 z20net gaskets? Or do I just buy 2 z20net gaskets?

I would like to know this too. from what u gather we need 2 z20net gaskets and the thermal gasket in the middle without the paper part

if your getting the cs thermal spacer get 2 z20net metal gaskets and then pull the paper ones off the cs spacer and use the net ones either side
if you not getting the cs thermal spacer just get one z20net gasket its easyer to block the pcv with the net gasket 🙂

thats with the rail lol just go to vx direct and get the 4 injectors on there own 🙂 ive got to call them tomorrow so will make sure he said the vxr ones were £65

is there any more info on blocking the pcv on your thread I can't see any..
does the z20net gasket block it or do I need to mod the gasket?

I paid £145 for genuine vxr injectors it comes with the rail I know I don't need it..
I rang Vauxhall with a vxr reg and he said £82 + vat each lol that's not trade though

I might just wack a znet gasket on for now then buy the cs one when I'm up there so I don't have to pay more postage lol
