go to vauxhall and get the z20net ones 🙂 £19.60 is a good price for not having them snap off in the head 🙂
think my post was edited as i said the mahle ones were £75 for a full set but it dont say it in the post #32 anymore
Are the z20net ones a bit stronger? I am coming out in a sweat thinking about paying £75 for a set of mahle bolts

Ports all look a little grimey and caked in carbon, hope its just down to kaput piston rings valves plastered underneath also . a bit of a sicken-er as i done all this work cleaning ports not so long ago

Got a bit of scoring in the bore i am not sure if you can take that away with the honing tool need a little advice about that, a couple of other bores have it also but not so many score lines and are mostly gone from honing work

This particular 1 has a black mark half way down it is kinda hard to remove it a lot of honing to try and remove but it is still there ,should i keep going until it is removed , i am not sure what is safe limits with the honing don't want to go crazy need a little advice here also if possible
The very bottom of the bore had what felt like a ridge all the way round but was just a heavy build up of nasty oil and carbon can still be slightly seen in pick at first thought the crankshaft should be removed when doing honing cause the hone was not hitting the bottom of bore very well but just needs some extra work done
I may need replacement pads for the hone as one of the pads is nearly done and there is possibly some more honing to be done
