That socket set should be enough, don't think I used any special tools, in theroy you could drop the subframe and do it that way but I always take the engines out the top on these, so will need a engine crane.
There is a drain plug at the back I think and a level on side, once shafts are pulled you will loose some fluid so be prepared with rags to bung seal holes.
3 piece will include a new slave cyclinder.
You don't seal the face between engine and gearbox.
