did you leave it in the wheel then drive to work at 5am like i did lol
i never know which to be leave ive hurd bad things about both plastic and metal drop links more bad on the metal ones
only ever had the plastic standard ones on mine for the 1st 7year with it lowered 40mm with no issues and the new fai ones i got from @[deleted] are just fine to 🙂
ps you dont have to remove the wheel to do the top nut but you will require a deep reach 18mm spanner like the one i have lol🙂
Lol I serviced it and took the front wheels off New Year's Day I reckon I left it on the wheel then I was working on the renault too and I have the key for that but not the van :-( I've just got a removal kit from halfrauds for £14 cos I got a discount card hopefully that works..
Ahh that I might try I did notice on my struts though they have a I think it's a 6mm Allen key in the top so I can't put two spanners on it and my o/s one is round so that's going to be fun..
I must admit I've read a lot of good and bad things about both types of drop links but the front of my van is lowered 60mm ish I reckon and it has adjustable metal ones which untill now have been fine I'm not even that sure there worn out but I want to change them then it's all new both sides apart from the actual coilovers and top mounts
