Dolby With oil cooler quicker engine warm up time very nice. But with my stock Z22se engine i think is already warm up very quick. Becourse it's a full alluminium engine.

dewismotorsport That's one thing I have noticed on these engines they do make the heater warm up within only a few minutes which in the winter is a bloody god send :barefoot:
corsaZ22se nice work. need to look at this for the corsa now. may try and fit a remote oil to air cooler though as space is rather short!
evocarlos ssssssssssssssssssssssssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhh wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp! 🙂 ls4 T/B 🙂
evocarlos corsaZ22se said: you over compensating for some thing carl? no lol mines bigger than yours 🙂
evocarlos let me just say that a 3" silicon coupler will not fit on to a 3.5" T/B no matter how hard you try hot water,wd40,cuts in the outer edge brute force none but after you have faffed for about 50min wet thru with sweat then find the air filter pushes right on it make you feel a bit better lol its a little up and down and slow to respond as it always was before mapping so will see how it goes in the morning on the trip to work lol
corsaZ22se when you have a big one and a small hole you just have to try harder and find a way to MAKE it fit. 😉 like I did 🙂
evocarlos found some gunk at the edge or the rocker cover looks like the washers on the banjo bolt had been weeping out came the halfords copper washer kit lol all done
evocarlos was playing with my flange today 🙂 squaring the ports up at the top and bottom edge there is a line marked in the surface but its hard to see
