new shells in top and bottom

lubed up and sealant applied as per the instructions 2-5mm bead in the groove
crank looks rusty again now its been washed off with 3 cans of carb cleaner lol

lower girdle installed with new bolts ready for tightening sequence 20nm + 70* + 15* 20 times in 10mins :confused:

kept track of each bolt done with a paint pen

excess sealant all squidged out


head studs fitted

gasket on for now till the pistons get here

also found an issue with the b207r balance sprocket i now know what the extra washer is for in the chain kit 🙂 the difference is on the crank

clutch tool fitted a treat which was a bonus best $4 spent at a guess 🙂
