i dont 🙁 i could put it on the scales but don't know the normal weight
the z20net pistons and rods are 1.1kg each :confused: new forged ones are 820g

be good to know what yours weighs now. my x20xev rods and pistons were 650g each, saving 450g each and another 5kg off the crank! made a big difference 🙂

well heres the crank/sprockets/clutch with out the rods and pistons 27.5kg +/- 0.5kg (crap scales)
with the rods and pistons just under 30kg total

was a bit unsure about the rivet clearance on the inner clutch plate with the arp bolts had them machined down to the same thickness as the stock ones
then did the test blue tack 🙂

its a good 4mm clear the pads on the clutch are only 4mm so will be good till the clutch is warn out 🙂

offset the clutch plates to not sure it will make any difference but it looks cool 🙂

yeah im not going to bother with the arp girdle studs too much cost just need to get a new set of stock ones but there still £2 each

have you tried getting arp bolts for the bottom end instead of studs?

called vx up on monday got a set of 20 bolts coming for £35 🙂
