Dave_Gilbert Gm all the way. Gear oil in a f23 int gear oil its auto transmission fluid i believe. N i think its between 2 n 3 litres cos they wanted to sell me 3 one litre bottles.
5M1THY I might send the father in law to vauxhall Monday to get me some I was going to try find some in halfrauds tomorrow so I could finish it Monday but not the end of the world
5M1THY I've just been looking at a bar to psi table and at 5k or literally just before my limiter kicks in my van hits 1 bar of boost at least very very close without it being square on its hard to judge but very close to 1 bar and 1 bar is 14.5psi now either my gauge isn't correct or that's alot of boost

corsaZ22se I don't have a clue what boost im running? all I know is she runs sweet thanks to Courtenay sport 🙂
5M1THY I plugged a mates aem gauge that reads in psi and it's hitting 12psi then the limiter comes in.
5M1THY Well I've been driving the van all week and it's good as gold as always. Much better with the new clutch and flywheel I'm happy with it now. I need to get it booked in for the final map but I'm not sure when I can get there as I'm still sorting things out for my house which ill hopefully be finally getting the keys for soon. I still need to fit the Walbro fuel pump but while I do that there's some other bits I want to replace and tidy up so I might just take it for mapping before as it doesn't seem to be a problem with the standard pump. Also I brought myself a in car entertainment head unit hd dvd player 2x usb bluetooth sat nav which is better than my garmin 3g and wifi 2 memory card slots etc etc it's abit bulky but I'm well happy with it excellent sound quality too 🙂
corsaZ22se I would fit the pump before mapping. be a pain if it runs out of fuel and needs the new pump to finish mapping.
5M1THY That's a good point i better get on with fitting the pump then lol Yeah the aem gauge is nice too 🙂 Mine is almost bang on its just the angle I'm looking at it and the fact it's bar not psi. I think I need to move it higher tbh having said that I hardly look at it
