I'm not sure what to do about the shafts now tbh it's a long way to Telford area lol I can't see any others on ebay either..
On the plus side the orangey red 2.2 van has been sold with knackered chains and various problems and the Adams old van has been broke up alot has sold already which makes mine almost one of a kind again lol

Just giving the gearbox abit of a clean I'm not worried about it being silver again just the excess dirt so I can see it any leaks appear in the future..
Didn't realise the new flywheel uses 13mm threads for the clutch and the old one uses 10mm so had to open the holes up a tad on the new clutch plate other than that I can't see a difference

I'll probably have less torque than you did as you didn't have the flywheel in when it was mapped plus I'm not going to lie I've hammered it a fair bit on the base map lol

I really don't know tbh it doesn't feel that quick tbh but then I'm used to it now I'd be happy with 260 or above but to match yours ill be over the moon

Flywheel clutch and gearbox all done and torqued up 🙂 I can't do the subframe as I'm waiting on the bushes and I can't do the fuel pipes as there not here yet so I've made a start on tidying the underneath before I go out on the piss 🙂

Just thought I'd stat that orthough the gearbox and clutch aren't actually on in the pictures they are now lol I was waiting on my dad to help me lift the gearbox so did one side of Underseal only to get covered in it when putting the box in haha

I've cleaned, wire wheeled and under sealed the whole front end of the van, I've got good second hand fuel lines to replace the out of shape ones and tomorrow after work I should have all the bushes I need so Wednesday it should be mostly back together.

Is a z20let half shaft the same?
Also if I take my side skirts off how do they cone off and what clips do I need to replace as I'm bound to break them.
Thirdly if I remove my cat completely will that help or push the engine to much?
Any help is appreciated

no the z20let shaft wont fit its a diffrent lenth and the bracket is all wrong
if you take your cat off you will be leaving cs with a 5500rpm limiter 🙂 its about 8-10hp
