yeh, i had a brilliant tyre on the corsa(well tread wise) that was all perished so had to change it.

n the rear tyres got shreaded on the inside edge on the vectra because of the banana arms so new arms n new tyres on the rear if that aswell last year, but then had it 4 wheel aligned so much better. nice 1

I've been quoted about £500 to smooth and paint the back bumper and repair one of the rear arches but my worry is getting the red paint to match.
I really want a gun metal grey mk4 van with a black roof and black vxr wheels or black gsi snowflakes and 2.2 supercharged I actually only got an Astra van cos I had a red top engine and was just gunna build a thrash pig but the 2.2 is much nicer and I do really love the van lol
I might buy another bumper and smooth it myself then get it painted as it does let the rest down at the moment.
I'd buy a standard flame red back bumper right now if I could find one but I've looked everywhere.

Nice one :-) I've just emailed him that's Bicester scrap yard it's about 45mins away I know it well I basically stripped a renault 5 turbo he had a few years ago lol

Yeah did think that tbh but then all the inside doors etc will still be red lol

If you like red get it wrapped gloss red, then just looks a fresh job

Based up in Newcastle and the coupe is classed as a medium car, so imagine your van be the same bud. Now £865 for matt red. Which still isn't bad as u pay at least double for spray job.

That's a long way from me but that's a good price and if I can get a similar red to what it is no one would know :-)

A full respray is about 2 grand minimum around here loads of money

I reckon most companies be priced around the same regardless of location. How long did it take u to get to carls?

Yeah probably. To carls I think it was around 2hrs give or take was a good drive though. Where are you based?

£500 for a rear bumper and arch is very steep! I paid £400 to have front and rear bumper smoothed and matched on the corsa along with a boot spoiler and front lip spoiler. did a very good job on colour matching as well. only gave him the fuel filler flap to work with.
the guy is base a few miles from huges at Bicester.
