Right the pulley and hub is coming tomorrow so ill fit that and rebuild the charger on Saturday I've sorted the battery tray tonight I used a Renault tray and it fits perfect in the hole bolted to the original holes and has the metal battery clamp from the old tray it also means I don't need a smaller battery as my battery fits fine 🙂 whiles doing the tray I noticed my gearbox mount wasn't the best so instant poly bush was made using windscreen sealant lol
I've extended the earth in the loom so it will be bolted to the ecu as normal as the earth lead I had was long enough and seemed nice and easy.
I've found some alarm siren brackets in my dad's tool box that happen to be perfect for using on the charge cooler 🙂
The twin fans should be here by Monday when I wire them up do I need to use the resistor on the original fan?
