Well there was no chance in hell I was going to get the charger pulley off with just a pulley remover lol it literally took about 10 tons of pressure to budge it.. looking at the insides of the charger it's had a service before I got it as the coupler is new and the oil is gold plus it has the proper grease on the ends of the shafts.. I've got a new coupler so ill change it anyway and keep one as a spare..
I'm still concerned about drilling a hole in the charge cooler for the 6mm hose it looks to thin for a thread
