Just got a boost gauge oil pressure gauge and oil temp gauge courtesy of Adam Cain 🙂 they will fit in the console instead of the cd holder 🙂

Has anyone actually got twin 8in fans fitted and working as I'm sizing them up now and I cannot see how there going to keep a 2.2 with a supercharger cool tbh ill be surprised if they keep a 1600 cool lol

Heat build not an issue for me and still got to get the twin fans installed. Will get it done this week hopefully.

For some reason I was under the impression I was to remove the main fan and use them instead I thought that was odd..
I've fitted the main fan back in but need to adjust the pipe work again..

I might get one big fan for the other side and use one of the 8 in fans on the front of the cooler

i keep meaning to get some spal fans for the inside or some davies craig fans

That's a good idea.. If I had the time and money I'd love to do what you've done your build is impressive.. I reckon I can put 2 10 in fans in place of the aircon fan and both 8 in ones do fit on the cooler but ill just use one on a temperature switch or something

im just using 2x 10" fans now in front of rad. all working ok, to cool if anything :confused:

Make sure u can get your bumper back on without having to mod it if u put fans on the intercooler.

Yeah I reckon it will fit easy enough I had a little size up last night 🙂

Is that with or without the factory fan?

I currently have one spal 11" fan and that can keep the temps down fine when I plug it it

The cheap eBay fans are wank and don't flow anywhere near as much as the better quality spal or kenlowe fans

I'm struggling here I can't get the manifold pipes in without them rubbing on the fans there as short as they can be and it's still touching the fans.. It can obviously be done but I can't see how?

I had the same trouble on mine the bottom hose was rubbing on fan casing so i wrapped some thin ally round it to stop it rubbing .top hose wasnt too bad. Was very close though

Had same thing on my project too !!!

For my Dualpass, I used 2x T and one 90° elbow and cut them. Cut manifold tubes plate too to save space before fan.
For your Quad pass you can use 2 90° elbows maybe ?

Also fit a plate in middle of fan motor to push it backwards.

same as marty cut the tubes then use pre formed 90* cut close to the bend
