Scrap yard would be the best place but I have a spare dash loom which ive cut to bits for wires ill check all the plugs and see if any of them have the same clip if I find one ill send it to you

Not sure what injectors you are going to use
But you will probably need VXR blue injectors on your smaller pulley OR a lower rpm limiter

Anyone know where I can get a vectra b vacuum hose from the brake servo to the manifold? Can't seem to find one anywhere

I think so mate yeah as long as it has a bigger clip with a yellow tag at the manifold end it will work

I have a 3.1 pulley spare. it will still go past what is safe on stock bottom end. mine was only at 6/7psi of boost and making 260bhp.
don't forget to tell Courtenay what set up you have when they do ecu, injectors, pulley, exhaust, cam's, head work. helps them to select most suitable map to start with.

I've ordered a vectra b pipe so that's all good I noticed mines been modified for a vacuum gauge before don't really know why though lol..

Did you want to part with the pulley? I'm sending tbe ecu off this week if I can so ill be writing down everything that's been done before hand..

One question what do I do with the sensor that was in the air pipe do I need to fit it between the air filter and tb or is that unused now?

for a sum of cash (don't know how much) I could swap it.
that's the air intake temp sensor and yes you still needed it. mine is on end of the air filter now. due to space that was easiest place to mount it.

Okay that's fine ill get a piece of silicone pipe between the air filter and tb and fit it there

For changing the pulley your still need the hub kit to fit smaller pulleys just so u know

I really need to pull my finger out if this is going to pvs I need to finish the wiring modify the battery tray plumb the cooler in when the parts eventually turn up change tell fuel pump which means the tank has to come out and change all the brakes lol that's without taking it to Courteney

Bit of an update today rusty bits now gone

I'm going to use a Renault scenic battery tray needs abit of cutting but fits alot better than the vauxhall one

I've done the tb pin swap and here's how I left it today I'm not doing bad as I've been viewing houses meetings with morgage people and working.

Re paint looks good, keep chipping away at it, I know the feeling of having to do it between other work etc can get frustrating
