spent this afternoon building up the saab b207r bottom end with lightend/balancer z22se crank, eagle rods, wiseco pistons, balancer delete, lightweight flywheel and sachs organic clutch.
not to many photo's but you get the idea as its similar to evocarlos's engine build.
gapping the rings was a timely job with only .004" needing to be removed but luckily I have a set of snap on imperial feeler gauges that I use for work as john deere still use imperial sizes 🙂
gearbox rebuild next.

ecu is off now and ready to be sent off tomorrow for new software and updated for new engine spec. 🙂

the best you will get is a passenger ride in one of my cars.
Ruby makes me smile everytime I look at her, think about her and drive her. which is more than can be said for the current girl friend who only comes around for 1 thing. 🙁 which im happy to give her! 😉

its not my cooking and I don't get take away or delivery of fast food living so far out of town. plus im to tight for that, need all my money for the car! :LOL:
just ordered the new sound system, 2x subs, 1x mono amp, 1x 4 channel amp, and a set of component speakers. that's the last of the summers overtime gone. 🙁

may be but its around 16 years old now and kit that isn't well known in todays ICE world.
was all top end kit when I brought it. but now only worth around £200/£300 for the lot on a good day, best prices are form the usa🙁
be lucky to get £150 over here.:cry:

Once the charger is installed and running, ICE upgrade on mine will be next up. So @[deleted] I prob be bending your ear on best setup etc seeing you know your stuff on this.
