im just going to remove the Ariel base with the coupe its just a case of pulling the roof liner down and unbolting it 🙂
had a go at painting the mirror covers metallic black i think it was sapphire black :s
some time ago a bell striker smacked in to my mirror smashing the glass and knocking the cover off so there was a few marks on the back time to get them sorted to 🙂

1st couple of coats
found a greasy finger print lol
back on track
base coat done nice a clean
2k lacquer
then disaster for some reason the lacquer had pits in it i've had this be fore when painting a bonnet and belive its the oil in the air line so need to empty the tank of sludge and fit an inline filter
ive really put a thick coat on so fingers crossed i can cut it back and get a nice final coat with out pits
