I now only use these : http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/washing-and-drying/miracle-dryer-ultra-plush-25-x-36-/prod_362.html my old one is the type that puts the scratches back this new one is microfiber i will give it a test on a cd and let you know 🙂
evocarlos no scratch's from the new microfiber shamy mopped the boot lid earllyer on im liking it before(swirls in sunlight) after from above
evocarlos it seamed ok when i went over the boot lid with it its not like my old one that was quite firm this new is very soft and more like a microfiber ive just looked at the boot lid in the light from the spot lamp and there's still some small marks in it not quite sure what im doing lol here's somthing i do know the cracked wheel is sanded and ready for the base coat the 2nd is nearly ready just some sanding and more layers of primer

evocarlos Sjdickso said: That finish looks spot it 🙂 🙂 there's just one little run that needs some sanding a polishing on one wheel but no biggie i,ll try and get the tires fitted Tuesday when there dry
evocarlos i've been busy at work again and slept lots not much time to play 🙁 i did wet and dry the run from the wheel but not yet buffed it back to a shine went and bought a 3" backing pad and compound foams ready for the job in hand i think once the wheels get the tread back on they will look great had to do a quick repair job tonight on me dad's motor the diode pack went in the alternator so had to replace it a/c power the the twin battery's is a bad thing lol old vs new and new and belts £130 and fitted all sorted 🙂
evocarlos Matt said: The finish on the wheel looks first class mate it was !!! one is fine the other not so great paint must of been soft on the edge they have been stood 5 days so i thought the paint must have been dry the worst bit i did wash the car yesterday using the 2 bucket method and the new micro fiber wash mitt found more stone chips than i had hoped for but the car was clean both of my cheap china head lights have gone past the point of no return i did try and wet'n'dry them back and polish them but there to far gone the lines distort the beam and will surely fail the mot so time for some new depo's me thinks before after
evocarlos well ive fixed the wheel as best as i can with out having to respray the hole thing i also had ago at fitting the EL panel to the MFD but its not bright enuff mmm may end up buying these 🙂 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/370728441888?mkcid=1&mkrid=710-53481-19255-0&siteid=0&customid=link&campid=5338848546&toolid=20001&mkevt=1
evocarlos was bored so had ago at restoring the spare set of rear light i have the scuff marks before hand then went over it with some 2000 wet'n'dry then some meg's ultimate compound and a soft mop head speed #3 i think its more like new than a new set lol
